Readying your home for sale

De-cluttering and de-personalizing allows the new buyer to picture themselves in the home.

Close your eyes & in the doorway of a room. Now open them. If something immediately jumps out at you, remove that item as it can detract from seeing the entire space.

Ensure your all your light fixtures have working bulbs and that they’re all the same colour temperature so they show up nicely in photos.

On the day of photoshoot, give the home a good vacuum and mop all floors. Give about 1/2 hr lead time to ensure floors are dry by the time photographer arrives.
